Hello! My name is Jackie Phillips and I would like to Thank You for visiting my website. I grew up in Fort Dodge and graduated from Iowa Methodist School of Nursing in 1994. I worked as a registered nurse in pediatric intensive care, labor & delivery and most recently as a lactation consultant.

In January of 2005 I made a decision to start helping people and families in a new way and entered the family real estate business. The Phillips Group Real Estate, LLC (formerly known as Phillips & Associates) has been serving real estate clients in the Williamsburg area for over 20 years.

I have lived in the Williamsburg area since 2002, my husband Brian grew up here and all three of our children Alex, Lyndie & Ellie attend the Williamsburg school system.

I became a REALTOR in 2005 and have been one of the area’s top producers. In 2006 I was awarded the Iowa Association of Realtors Silver Individual Achievement Award for over $2.5 million in closed transactions. In 2007 I was awarded the Iowa Association of Realtors Gold Individual Achievement Award for over $5.7 million in closed transactions. I passed the broker's examination in 2007 and became licensed as a broker associate.

I am actively involved in my community, from teaching exercise classes at the Williamsburg Recreation Center, to serving on the Williamsburg Community Schools Parents and Student Leaders (PALS) board, to volunteering at various church, school and community functions.

My personal goal is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate and to satisfy everyone's needs to the best of my ability.
